SUMMARY:Open Education & Science Practices 2025 The XII edition of the International Workshop Open Education Week
DESCRIPTION:Hosted by the Digital Education Department and the Multimedia Center of the Politehnica University of Timișoara\, in collaboration with the Alliance of European Universities E³UDRES² and the Ent-r-e-novators project\, with the support of IEEE Romania\, The XII edition of the International Workshop Open Education Week\, with theme ”Open Education & Science Practices 2025”  will delve into how open science and open educational resources are integrated into everyday activities\, particularly in universities\, research projects\, and education in general. Emphasis will be placed on the response of educational and research systems to the challenges of emerging technologies of artificial intelligence\, virtual reality and blockchain. \nThe event will be held in a hybrid format\, with presentations delivered both physically and virtually. \nThe workshop aims to bring together international speakers\, preparing interactive sessions and discussions and is addressed to teachers\, students\, as well as actors in the field of education and training\, IT trainers or human resources departments. \nParticipation is free\, and attendees can choose between physical attendance at the UPT Conference Center or online participation. Participants will receive Open Education Workshop Participant Open Badges online and Certificates of Participation for physical attendance.
