The presentation will show a U.S. K12 OER chemistry course that is aligned to standards and takes advantage of formative assessment to enable students to get as much practice as they need to master chemistry. The presentation will place this course in the larger context of K12 curriculum in general. The various formats for delivering curriculum will be discussed and advantages of each examined – using OER in a learning management system, as printed books, and as .html pages or .pdfs.
