One ton is a lot – 2,000 pounds – and that’s how much data we have on the impact of the statewide OER program in Oregon. Coordinator Amy Hofer walks through the metrics and methods used to collect data that can persuade administrators and legislators to continue committing resources to open education. We’ll talk about how we can use this information to take next steps in reducing textbook costs.
