Capacity development in computational research for the Humanities and Social Sciences

This short presentation will provide an introduction to the South African Centre for Digital Language Resources (SADiLaR) and the newly established ESCALATOR programme. Specific attention will be given to plans for developing contextualised training materials and a mentorship programme launching in 2021. All training resources, including materials related to the mentorship programme, will be published under open licenses.
