Presentation - Reviewing Open Educational Resources

Open educational resources are sometimes viewed with suspicion because they are free. Yet, they can meet learning outcomes just as well as commercial resources. Help reduce this hesitation and increase the use of OER by reviewing them! Resources reviewed by subject experts are more likely to be adopted. If you are teaching at uOttawa, for a limited time, the Library will offer you $150 as part of a trial project to review an OER in eCampusOntario’s Open Library. Attend this bilingual online presentation to learn more about OER, the review process for this project and how you can contribute to increasing the use of these resources in Ontario and beyond!
