DESCRIPTION:Why should you reflect?\nReflection is a process of exploring and examining ourselves\, our perspectives in relation to others\, based on your experiences and expectations\, in our interaction with resources\, interactions with colleagues\, and in participating in the webinars and activities organized. \nWriting is a form of thinking and can help you in applying what you have learned in your context and to align back to your learning goals. By reflecting you will learn and develop your metacognitive skills. \nKeep a learning diary\nTo collect your thoughts along the way\, to save a memory of your learning points\, ideas\, challenges you face\, and what you enjoy you can keep a learning diary. This is similar to a pedagogical portfolio and an essential part of the open online course Open Networked Learning (ONL). \nWorkshop part of ONL\nThis workshop is part of ONL and will be a hands-on session about creating and working with your individual reflection space. You will be invited to engage in hands-on activities that cover the essentials of WordPress and similar platforms\, including: \n\nUnderstanding the (WordPress) Interface: Navigating the distinction between the frontend (what your readers see) and the backend (your control panel for creating content).\nPrivacy and Accessibility: Configuring different access and privacy levels to safeguard your reflective space while engaging with a broader audience.\nRSS Feeds Basics: Exploring the fundamentals of RSS feeds and how they can enhance your portfolio’s reach and interactivity.\nThe art and science of reflecting: A short reminder about the process of self-examination and comparing viewpoints through engagement with materials\, group interactions\, and participation in activities.\n\nPhoto by Jon Tyson on Unsplash
