This results into cluster of information and e-Learning. This needs a platform where stake holders needs to share metadata of e-Learning contents as well as discuss important issues related to interoperability, operation, utilization and other aspects. It will facilitate the members from different educational organizations like UGC, CEC, IGNOU and NCERT. to join, collaborate and work together to achieve defined goal and objectives. Other effective e-Learning models have been given by researchers from time to time. However the learner, who is the end user of the system, is the most important element in the process.
