←Back to list of resources
This report presents the results of a biennial independent survey commissioned by the Digital Higher Education Consortium of Texas, in collaboration with the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board and the Institute for the Study of Knowledge Management in Education, to examine the landscape of Open Educational Resources programs, policies, and practices at higher education institutions in Texas. Readers might use it to gain a better understanding of OER policy and practice across Texas or to design their own analyses of the OER landscape in their own contexts.
