Open Education Romania

National conference on open education, gathering policy makers, teachers, librarians, students and NGO activists. The conference will have three panel debates:

1. A framework for open education in primary and secondary education.

2. Open access and OER in higher education and research (featuring a discussion on the Open Access commitment included in Romania’ National Action Plan for OGP)

3. Education and copyright: a discussion on Julia Reda’s report for the EP
