Open Education Resources have created a vast network or learning opportunities, so, more than ever, student achievement is dependent on a strong and cohesive community of educators. This webinar will describe how Creative Commons licensing strives to strengthen that community through simplifying and standardizing access to OER, and how educators can leverage this effort to bring the best of the web to their schools. By detailing the best practices of implementing a successful OER program, this presentation will prove to be a valuable starting point for schools to launch their program. Attendees are encouraged to bring their thoughts, questions and experiences to this community-building session.
