Our topic this month will be “Annotating Open Texts” and we’ll focus on some creative uses of Hypothes.is, a web-based annotation tool which is now built directly into our Pressbooks instance. This month’s session will feature brief demonstrations of real use cases by Political Science professor John Zumbrunnen and LSS consultant Steel Wagstaff, and a hands-on training session led by me. We will also be issuing an Open Access awareness challenge to help spread awareness of OA here on the UW-Madison campus.
