OER Course Marking in Texas

← Back to list of events

In 2017, the Texas legislature passed SB 810, which requires Texas colleges and universities to share information with students about courses that use OER. However, this is often easier said than done. In this webinar, our presenters will share information about the requirements of the legislation; challenges with compliance; strategies and resources, including a toolkit, to meet those challenges; and examples from the trenches of compliance, including at Austin Community College and the University of Texas at Arlington.
