OER enhacing adult trainning labor competencies (LATAM)

In Mexico, the field of training for life and he has had a slow growth with respect to the incorporation of educational technologies that provide new skills for both the instructor and the beneficiaries of the courses (individuals of productive age over 15 years) those with minimum requirements (knowing how to read, write and basic mathematical operations) are looking for ways to obtain training to improve their living conditions.
