Online Discussion & Book Review: Addressing the Learning Needs of Out-of-School Children and Youths through the Expansion of Open Schooling

The Commonwealth of Learning has published a new book titled, "Addressing the Learning Needs of Out-of-School Children and Youths through the Expansion of Open Schooling". This activity is a follow up to the publication of the book where the authors engage in online discussions on aspects of the book over several weeks. We invite feedback from those interested in the open education practices and Open Schooling models. The book is published under a CC BY-SA license and is freely available for download.
