Exhibition In the SUM Library building, 14 Warszawska Street, we present an exhibition entitled "Librarians open education". Inside (and outside) the display cases in the lobby you will find descriptions of more than 80 tasks that make up our daily duties. And they are more complex: each of the main tasks, can be a collection of many activities - for example, the activity related to the Polish Medical Platform, requires a number of activities: SUM librarians collaborate with a dozen teams in 6 medical universities and one institute. These activities result, among others, in obtaining many documents for the Platform's open resources, as well as uploading thousands of articles, book chapters, conference materials and other scientific materials, whose authors or co-authors are researchers from SUM. Our team contributed significantly to the creation of a guide containing the essence of research data topic (in Polish), as well as to the overall preparation of a clear and transparent graphic concept. Communicating about open resources In the SUM Library and its Branches, during our daily work we pay special attention to our users to: - Polish Medical Platform: a project we co-create with several teams from 6 medical universities and the institute, as well as the local platform (www.ppm.sum.edu.pl) - its resources and possibilities, - open resources in the SUM Library: books, journals, databases and other scientific materials, - individual support in searching and finding scientific materials and their verification.
