Open educational practices. Some problematic issues

What Open educational practices are? What are the advantages of practicing Open Pedagogy? How are professors practicing it in their classrooms? What elements of the instructional design remain relevant at the same time that newer concepts of learning experience are growing in importance? How to create learning materials with the students? Is it possible to introduce open pedagogy within existing school structures? Why practicing open pedagogy after all?
