← Back to list of events

Providing access and support for Open Educational Resources (OER) has increasing become a critical imperative for libraries. Institutional Repositories can offer a very natural fit for OER initiatives. In this webinar 2022 Digital Commons All-Stars Helena Marvin and Jessica Ryan team up to talk about all things relating to OER in the IR. Drawing on their experiences working with campus faculty, students, and broader community, they share insights, tips, and touch on some broader trends in open pedagogy. Topics include:

  1. Why OER is a good fit for the IR

  2. How you can support OER at your institution as an IR manager

  3. How OER benefits the IR and vice versa

  4. Safeguarding Open Pedagogy in the IR

  5. Showcasing OER with IR Exhibits and beyond

Join us for a dynamic session on the fascinating topic of OERs.
