Does OER usage improve teaching practice, foster open policies at institutions, and make access to education more equitable? These oer hub open universityare the hypotheses that the Community College Consortium for Open Educational Resources(CCCOER) has been investigating in collaboration with the OER Research Hub at Open University. We will also hear from Tacoma Community College’s “The Liberated Project” student voices on how students benefit directly from OER and the major role they can play in OER adoption.
