Celebrate Open Education Week 2018 at Mitchell Community College (MCC), March 5-9, 2018.
Open Educational Resources (OERs) are educational materials and resources that are publicly accessible. They are openly available for anyone to use and are under Creative Commons licenses available to re-mix, improve and redistribute.
Faculty, staff, and students will be sent emails throughout the week that will be a “blast” to read. The topics will be posted on Mitchell Community College’s OER LibGuide. The topics will be as follows: OER Intro, Open Education Week 2018, Discovering Educational Resources (OER) LibGuide), OER Movements, and an OER Crossword Puzzle.
