A weblog created to capture and share our experiences in the design and development of Massive Open Online Courses for Continuing Professional Development (CPD MOOCs) to support the adoption of Open Educational Resources (OER) and Open Educational Practices (OEP) by practitioners. It is a design-based capacity development initiative carried out at the Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL), with the support from the Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia (CEMCA).
