VO-Content is responsible for the development and maintenance of high quality open access digital material for all levels of Dutch Secondary Schools. The material consists of textbook material, exercises with personal feedback, tests, games, videos and listening material and provides ample links to alls sorts of OER. Material from all kinds of sources can easily be added to supplement or substitute (parts of ) the VO-content material provided on any subject. A tracing and tracking system involving learning analytics has recently been added and will be further elaborated. The VO-Content business model is based on a voluntary contribution of 7 euros per pupil. At the moment one third of all schoolboards are contributing. An increasing number of pupils and teachers are using VO-Content material and surveys show great user-satisfaction.
