Open Educational Resources: New Publishing Trends and Strategies for Resource Selection in Universities

In the context of the rapidly advancing digital transformation in higher education, enhancing awareness and capacity for the use of Open Educational Resources (OER)—while ensuring compliance with intellectual property regulations in publishing activities—has become an urgent priority for higher education institutions.
To support faculty members, administrators, and librarians in developing the knowledge and skills needed to search for, evaluate, and integrate OER into teaching and learning, the Southern Academic Library Consortium, in collaboration with the Library of Can Tho University and related partners, will organize this workshop.
