How do we share free knowledge with people who have no stable internet?
How do you identify the right offline solution if you cannot see it in action first online?
Many steps must be taken before offline solutions can benefit the people they are designed for, some of which are quite tricky. In this OEWeek25 special, following the January edition of WikiAfrica Hour: Offline Wikis ( https://bit.ly/WAH_Ep42_YT ), we invite Offline Wiki experts to demonstrate their offline solution. We hope this will make one of the many steps towards offline—the decision phase—easier by showing what you should expect from this platform before you spend hours setting up the hardware, sourcing to the right offline platform, downloading it, and then adding it to your hardware.
