OER from Creation to Classroom

Curious about bringing more open, flexible, and affordable learning materials into your courses?

The Vancouver Community College Open Education Working Group invites you to OER from Creation to Classroom, a panel discussion designed to demystify adopting, adapting, and creating Open Educational Resources (OER).

You’ll hear firsthand experiences from our panelists Julie Crouse (NSCC), Shantel Ivits (VCC), Venecia Williams (VCC), and Cheryl Wright (VCC). This session will include lessons learned from our panelists who have created, adopted or interacted with OER in their classrooms. 

This event is possible due to the financial support of BCcampus and is being held as a part of Open Education Week (OEWeek), an annual global celebration dedicated to sharing and promoting achievements in Open Education.
