On March 4, 2026, the Scientific Library of Alecu Russo State University of Bălți (USARB) will host the academic panel “Education that Brings Us Closer: An Academic Portrait of Silvia Briceag – 10 Years Since the Publication of Her Course Materials.”
The event will highlight the teaching and research contributions of Silvia Briceag, University Professor, as well as the impact of her works on generations of students.The panel will also emphasize the role of the USARB Scientific Library in enhancing the visibility, dissemination, and digital accessibility of the author’s publications.
The program will further include the exhibition “Open Education: Landmarks, Methods and Experiences,” featuring Open Educational Practices (OEP) that underpin Open Education (OE), including the integration of Open Access (OA) and the use of Open Educational Resources (OER)
