This tool, available for free in California, supports asynchronous student-to-student interaction and instructor-student communication through multimedia options, enhancing the learning experience for all students. Discuss-It also prioritizes accessibility and inclusivity, offering features like auto-captioning, and auto-transcription with editing capabilities in multiple languages, powered by OpenAI’s Whisper technology. With its seamless integration with Canvas and other learning management systems for automatic gradebook syncing, Discuss-It can be a powerful teaching tool and streamline course management for instructors.
